A larger girth provides more surface area for contact, enhancing pleasure and stimulation. It can also improve penetration, making it easier to reach a partner’s G-spot. Many men look for safe, long-term methods to increase their girth.

Some techniques include using penis pumps, supplements, and exercises targeting penile muscles. However, it’s important to note that there’s no scientific evidence guaranteeing permanent results from these methods.

It’s natural for girth size to increase with age, and this is common among men. Ultimately, increasing girth size permanently can improve male sexual performance and satisfaction. By understanding what influences girth size, men can use various exercises, supplements, and methods to achieve their desired size. Exercises like jelqing, stretching, and kegel are known to help with permanent girth increase.
